Operational Waste Management Plan for Bankstown Social Housing and Community Redevelopment

Elephants Foot Consulting proudly supported Sydney Anglican Property (SAP) in developing an Operational Waste Management Plan (OWMP) for the transformative Bankstown redevelopment. Situated on the site of St Paul’s Anglican Church, this project will deliver 185 social and affordable housing units designed for essential workers, seniors, and women over 55, alongside a brand-new church and ministry centre with seating for up to 500, retail and commercial spaces, a preschool, and a family-sized apartment for the Senior Minister. Our waste management strategy is tailored to meet the needs of this diverse community hub, ensuring efficient waste handling and compliance with Sydney’s environmental standards.
