Elephants Foot Chute Solutions was engaged by 5 Point Projects to provide a customised waste management system for Amani Apartments, a landmark beachfront tower at Main Beach. Rising 18 storeys above the Gold Coast shoreline, the development features just 15 luxury residences, each designed to maximise ocean views and deliver premium coastal living.

The project scope involved the supply and installation of a premium eDiverter® Chute System with 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes extending across 18 levels, from the basement through to the rooftop.

The chute was enhanced with acoustic lagging upgrades to improve sound insulation across service levels. At level 18, a vent and wash-down cleaning system was installed, designed to discharge through open air above the building to maintain hygiene and odour control.

At the basement discharge room, the system was completed with a custom eDiverter® Discharge Attachment configured to suit 2000L MGBs, providing efficient and scalable waste handling. A reusable slab penetration ring former was also supplied, designed to simplify future maintenance and system access.

This tailored installation ensured Amani Apartments achieved a chute system that balanced acoustic comfort, safety, and functionality while meeting the high standards expected of luxury beachfront residences.
