Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hutchinson Builders to supply and install a premium eDiverter® chute system at Alouette Residences, a luxury apartment development located at 24–30 Austin Street, Newstead, Brisbane.
Developed by HG Developments, Alouette Residences comprises 57 oversized one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments across eight levels. Designed for Brisbane’s owner-occupier market, the project emphasises quality, convenience, and modern urban living.
To support these standards, Elephants Foot Chute Solutions installed a tailored chute system featuring galvanised steel 510mm chute pipes, chute doors with self-closing eDiverter Hoppers (2-hour fire-rated), and an eDiverter discharge attachment designed to suit 1,100L bins. The scope also included a reusable slab penetration ring former to suit the 510mm chute, supporting efficient construction integration.
This installation delivers a robust and future-ready waste solution that enhances resident convenience while ensuring compliance, safety, and long-term performance.
