Elephants Foot partnered with Manresa Constructions to deliver a Dual Chute System for ADA Toorak, a premium residential development comprising 22 apartments designed by Conrad Architects. The building required a modern chute system capable of handling both waste and recycling while maintaining the development’s architectural and compliance standards.

The installation included 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes across four levels, with each floor fitted with fire-rated chute doors to ensure safety and compliance. At the basement level, tailored discharge attachments were integrated to manage both waste and recycling streams efficiently.

To enhance operational performance and hygiene, odour relief vents and flushing sprays were installed at the top level, supported by integrated odour management solutions. Together, these elements created a durable, efficient, and fully compliant dual chute solution designed for long-term reliability.
