Elephants Foot Chute Solutions delivered a bespoke eDiverter waste chute system for EY United Design & Construction’s luxury apartment development at 47 Conder Street, Burwood. This contemporary residential building required a discreet, high-performance waste solution to complement its premium finishes and architectural design.
The installation features a 510mm diameter, 1.6mm thick galvanised steel eDiverter system with four vertically aligned chute sections. Each section incorporates 25mm thick acoustic lagging to ensure silent operation, critical for luxury residential environments. Four fire-rated eDiverter hopper doors with self-closing mechanisms provide secure, compliant access throughout the building.
