Designed by Woods Bagot and valued at $500 million, the development includes approximately 300 hotel rooms, 30 luxury residences, and ground-floor retail and dining spaces.
This high-profile project, approved in 2022 and scheduled for completion by 2026, aims to revitalise the southern CBD while meeting stringent environmental and operational standards. The complexity of its dense urban setting required a sophisticated waste strategy that balanced efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with council and NSW planning requirements.
