Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hutchinson Builders to supply and install a comprehensive eDiverter® chute system and wall-mounted hopper doors for 21 Roblane St-2, a six-storey residential complex delivering 42 two-bedroom social housing apartments in Windsor, QLD. The project was developed by BlueCHP Limited in partnership with the Queensland State Government and NHFIC and completed in early 2023.

The system features 5 levels of waste and recycling chute pipes with self-closing intake hoppers and signage, supporting safe and efficient disposal for residents. Two chute hanging frames were installed at ground level, and a vent and wash-down cleaning system extends from Level 5 to the rooftop, maintaining hygiene throughout the building.

In addition, a wall-mounted hopper door was installed at ground level with signage and a dedicated wall-mounted discharge hopper, designed to suit 1,100L MGB bins for recycling. The eDiverter® discharge system is configured for both waste and recycling, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
