Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with 5 Point Projects to provide a tailored waste management solution for 2 Sea Perspective, a luxury beachfront development in Palm Beach completed in 2023. The project comprises nine full-floor penthouse residences spread across 10 levels, designed to capture expansive ocean views and deliver premium coastal living.

The works involved the design, supply, and installation of an eDiverter® Chute System with 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes servicing eight residential levels from level 2 through to level 9. Each level was fitted with a fire-rated, self-closing Chute Door and compliant signage, ensuring safety, compliance, and user accessibility.

At the rooftop level, a vent and wash-down cleaning system was installed, designed to discharge through open air above the building, ensuring long-term hygiene and odour control. At the ground floor discharge room, the system was completed with an eDiverter® Discharge Attachment configured to suit 660L MGBs for both waste and recycling streams.

This installation delivered a compact, efficient, and future-proof waste chute solution aligned with the building’s boutique scale and luxury beachfront design.
