Elephants Foot Chute Solutions Installs Waste Chute Systems for 191 Stratton Terrace Mixed-Use Development in Manly

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Demartini Fletcher Property to provide modern waste chute systems for 191 Stratton Terrace, a landmark mixed-use development in Manly designed by Ellivo Architects. The project comprises premium apartments alongside ground-floor retail and hospitality spaces, requiring a durable and compliant waste management solution.

The installation included seven galvanised steel chute pipes fitted with fire-rated, self-closing chute doors and signage across two architecturally designed residential buildings. Each building was supported by odour relief vents with flushing sprays, venting through to open air to ensure hygiene and air quality.

The basement and ground-level discharge rooms were equipped with discharge attachments designed to suit 1100L mobile garbage bins (MGBs). Both medium-offset and minor-offset discharges were implemented to accommodate the building layouts while maintaining efficiency and compliance.

This installation provides residents and tenants with a safe, efficient, and convenient chute system that aligns with the high-quality design intent of the development.
