The West End Development at 185 Rosslyn Street, West Melbourne, is a transformative mixed-use precinct led by Hacer Group for Trenerry Property Group. Designed to redefine urban living across five buildings, the development required an advanced waste management solution to suit its diverse residential, hotel, and commercial uses.

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed a combination of dual chute systems, linen chute systems, and eDiverter® Chute System across the buildings. Each system was fitted with fire-rated chute doors, Type A bottom discharges, ventilation and wash-down systems, and protective plastic strip curtains to ensure safety, compliance, and ease of operation.

The inclusion of eDiverter and linen chutes, alongside traditional waste and recycling systems, highlights the project’s commitment to providing modern residents, hoteliers, and operators with a streamlined and hygienic waste management process.
