Elephants Foot partnered with Karimbla Construction to deliver six modern chute systems at Topia, The Retreat Lidcombe, a resort-style development by Meriton Group.

The project required three waste chute systems and three linen chute systems, all built with 510mm galvanised steel pipes and fire-rated chute doors. Each chute was supported by a discharge attachment suited to either 1100L MGBs (waste) or linen trolleys.

To ensure hygiene and compliance, all systems incorporated vent and wash-down cleaning systems, installed at the top levels to discharge through the roofline. The works spanned three buildings (A1, A2 and B), providing reliable, future-ready waste and linen infrastructure for more than 68 residential levels.
