Elephants Foot Chute Solutions successfully delivered a fully integrated Dual Chute System at The Gladstone by Greystar, a flagship 700-apartment Build-to-Rent project in Fishermans Bend, South Melbourne. Delivered in partnership with ICON Construction, the solution spans 90 levels across three residential towers—making it one of the most significant installations of its kind in Australia.

Our engineering team implemented an advanced automated linear chute system with leaner bin technology to simplify and separate waste and recycling in a high-density living environment. The system enhances occupant usability, reduces contamination, and minimises the need for manual waste handling by building management.

By tailoring the chute system to the building’s unique requirements, we ensured high-performance outcomes aligned with both sustainability targets and operational efficiency. This project further showcases our innovation in designing waste systems that support modern, multi-residential infrastructure.
