Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hutchinson Builders across multiple stages of the Kingsford Terrace retirement living community in Corinda QLD, delivering tailored dual chute systems to support efficient waste and recycling management.

Developed by Aura Holdings, Kingsford Terrace is a master-planned retirement precinct comprising over 220 independent-living apartments across six stages.  To complement the development’s high standards, Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed a complete chute system tailored for waste and recycling management. The installation included galvanised steel 510mm chute pipes fabricated to EF-standard details, chute doors with self-closing 2-hour fire-rated Waste/Recycling Hopper doors, and discharge attachments designed to suit the building’s waste bins. Additional upgrades included smoke seals on all intake doors to improve fire safety and odour management across the system.
