Elephants Foot partnered with Tomkins Commercial to supply and install advanced waste chute systems at Harbour One, a luxury waterfront development by Mulpha International located in the prestigious Sanctuary Cove precinct.

The project comprised two independent systems across Lift 4 and Lift 5 of Building A, each incorporating 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes and fire-rated hopper doors, installed from ground through level 3. To ensure ongoing hygiene and airflow, both systems were fitted with vent and washdown cleaning systems, discharging into basement-level mobile garbage bins via minor offsets.

In addition, Elephants Foot supplied fire-rated access panels above selected intake hoppers to provide streamlined service access while maintaining fire compliance. The result is a discreet, robust, and fully compliant waste management solution integrated seamlessly into a premium waterfront residential setting.
