Vantage View is a luxury residential development by Rayjon Group, located at 21 Ross Street, Benowa QLD, within the green heart of the Gold Coast. Set within one of the Gold Coast’s most established and leafy residential precincts, the development required a waste management solution capable of servicing a multi-level residential tower efficiently and reliably while meeting the expectations of a premium residential asset.
Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed an eDiverter chute system suited to the vertical layout and occupancy requirements of the building. The eDiverter system enables both waste and recycling streams to be managed through a single chute line, with an automated diverter at the base directing material to the correct bin, providing a space-efficient and practical waste separation solution well suited to a luxury high-rise residential environment.
The installation services 15 chute pipe levels, with 15 fire-rated self-closing eDiverter intake doors installed at every operational level. The chute runs straight up and down throughout the shaft, with the discharge room located at basement 1.
The eDiverter discharge system was configured to suit 2m3 bins for both waste and recycling streams, accommodating the high-volume waste output of a multi-level luxury residential tower. This large-format bin configuration supports efficient waste room operations and reduces the frequency of bin changeovers for building management, contributing to a well-organised and low-maintenance waste room environment.
A vent and wash-down cleaning system was installed at the top of the chute shaft, discharging through to roof level above to support airflow management, odour control, and internal chute hygiene throughout the full height of the shaft.
The completed installation provides Rayjon Group with a durable, compliant, and low-maintenance waste management solution tailored to the operational demands of Vantage View, supporting efficient building operations and a premium residential experience for occupants within one of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious suburban addresses.
