Elephants Foot Chute Solutions delivers eDiverter® chute system for TNT Apartments Redfern with Deicorp

TNT Apartments, developed and built by Deicorp, is a landmark adaptive reuse project converting the former TNT corporate office tower into luxury residential apartments. Designed by Candalepas Associates, the development includes studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. The original 12-storey tower was extended by six floors, creating an 18-storey high-rise.

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed an eDiverter® Chute System across Tower 1. The system spans 18 chute pipe levels with 12 self-closing Chute Doors at upper levels and 6 bypass intake hoppers at lower levels. Integrated vent and wash-down systems maintain hygiene and odour control, complemented by Linear Compactor Systems for waste and Linear Track Bin Systems for recycling.

The tailored system ensures high-rise residents have safe, hygienic, and efficient waste and recycling management, showcasing Elephants Foot’s expertise in adapting eDiverter® Chute Systems to complex, high-density developments.
