Portable compactor – Multipress (MP) 1.4/20m3

Due to the newly developed press geometry, tapered press bottom, curved press plate and high quality piston guiding ensure an effective retention system.

The unit is equipped with sms & email communication facilities, front and rear hooks,four wheels and 20m3 bin.

The MP1.4 bin is powder coated to ensure durabilty.

Safety unlocking device with a door catch system. The operator is always outside of the danger area when opening the rear door. through a special door catch system, people who are not in the field of vision will remain protected. The rear door is rubber sealed to ensure there are no leaks.

The compacting chamber has a 3° inclination towards a small step from the compaction chamber into the bin. This will minimise liquid and waste falling behind the ram. The liquid is contained in the bin up to 100mm high. An access panel is provided for easy cleaning behind the ram.

Regardless of whether ground, ramp or building loading ,additional equipment / hoppers can be bolted on for quick and easy adaptation to any disposal situation. Custom branding and colour choices are also available.

Stationary compactor – Multipress XL

For large volumes of waste and recyclables, Multipress XL is the unit of choice. 1..9m3 of material per stroke will be compacted into the attached container. The Multipress XL can be filled continuously so as not to impact the sites operation.
